- Prints: Please allow between 8-28 Working / Business Days ( working days excludes bank holidays & weekends) once marked your order has been dispatched.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, GST etc that may arise.
- We will not be held responsible for any delays that may arise from customs or incidents beyond our control.

Due to the global Covid-19 issue, your delivery by your mail carrier may arrive a little later than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.

Personalized prints and frames are non-refundable.
We always endeavour to offer the best possible customer service and therefore will always aim to replace orders that arrive faulty, or haven't been delivered or have gone missing in the post. If prints have arrived damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged prints so that we can rectify and avoid it happening in the future where possible.
Any mistakes which are the responsibility of the buyer, i.e., incorrect spellings, grammar etc. which is not given correctly may incur a small charge for replacement. With standard, generic prints, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your prints which are subjected to the following conditions:
- Prints must be unopened/unused
- Must be returned in the original condition in which it was sent
- Must not have any marks/scratches on prints
- Must be returned tracked as proof of return. Please keep your Post Office receipt for your records
In the event that the above criteria are not met, we refuse the right to issue a refund.
